Nordmann Singapore is a leading producer of raw materials for the global contact and cataract replacement lens industry and we’re currently looking for an R&D Project Manager Chemist.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Development and deployment of relevant occupational health and safety practices
- Initiate, design and execute new chemical synthesis programs at laboratory level
- Creation of risk assessed technology transfer documentation for new process scale up from laboratory onto pilot plant and/or full-scale plant
- Communication with internal and external departments to ensure full production cycle support
- Stage and Gate based project management and implementation
- Maintain day to day operation of the R&D lab equipment and production
Ihr Profil:
- BSc/Honours degree in polymer synthesis chemistry/synthetic organic chemistry with minimum 5 years of recent relevant industrial experience
- Experience of operating analytical equipment including but not limited to GPC, HPLC, GC
- Demonstrable experience in leading projects from ideation to commercialisation
- Intermediate (or above) level Microsoft Office user, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills on a multinational level
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
