Nordmann BeNeLux: Teamlead Customer Service (f/m/d)

To support our newly founded entity in Capelle aan den IJssel (The Netherlands), we are currently looking for a Teamlead Customer Service (f/m/d).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Functional management of the Nordmann BeNeLux Customer Service team
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, including managing the order-to-invoice cycle, handling after-sales inquiries and problem-solving
- Consistent and frequent communication with the headquarters in Germany and other departments, including sales, accounting and logistics
- Continuous evaluation, recommendation and implementation of new sales processes
- Regular reporting, monitoring and maintaining product inventory, customer payments etc.
- Operational support for Customer Service
- Other special tasks in consultation with the industry divisions
Ihr Profil:
- Commercial/business administration training, preferably with experience performing above tasks in wholesale and/or foreign trade and industry
- Exceptionally customer-focused, structured and highly reliable
- Strong communication among international teams and teamwork skills
- Affinity for digital tools and processes, with user skills in SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office
- Good competency in English and preferred French or Dutch (written and spoken)
