Nordmann Nordic: Customer Service Representative (f/m/d)

To support our team at Nordmann Nordic, Solna (Sweden), we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (f/m/d).
Nordmann Nordic is a distributor of specialty chemicals to Nordic and Baltic manufacturers of cosmetics, laundry/cleaning products, paint, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. We have 22 employees, who work in bright and fine premises in Solna Strand near Stockholm.
Your tasks:
- Administrative tasks within sales support, orders, delivery and logistics
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, including managing the order-to-invoice cycle, handling after-sales inquiries and problem-solving
- Processing customer orders in the SAP ERP system
- Purchase of goods for stock or for delivery directly to the customer
- Handling of complaints, export orders, customs, freight, delivery monitoring and invoicing
- Updating prices and quotes
- Order process and general office tasks
Your profile:
- 2-4 years of experience in similar tasks in sales support, orders, customer service or logistics
- Experience in customs and shipping, preferably worked with sea freight and container deliveries
- Good understanding of logistics, order, delivery and invoice flows
- Affinity for digital tools and processes, with user skills in SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills with a strong customer focus
- Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English
