Nordmann Italy: Business Manager – Personal Care (all ages, all genders)

To support our entity in Milan, Italy we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team. This role focuses on the business development for the Nordmann Italy Personal Care portfolio and team, responsible for roughly 20 Million €.
Your tasks:
- Management and mentoring of the Personal Care team in Italy
- Strengthen the sales activities, solidifying existing business and strengthening product cross-selling
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders including sourcing in the local and asian market
- Supports with strategic new business development (market analysis, identifying new target customer, performing joined customer visits)
- Leads annual budgeting and monthly reporting for the assigned territory
- Stays up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Your profile:
- Academic background in Chemistry, chemical engineering and/or natural science
- 5 years of experience in chemical distribution preferable with Personal Care raw materials
- Experience with intermediates and starting materials used within the Personal Care industry
- Ability to travel regularly within key markets including Asia
- Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian
