Nordmann Italy: Technical Sales & Product Manager – Monomers & CCI (all ages, all genders)

To support our entity in Milan, Italy we are currently looking for Technical Sales & Product Manager – Monomers & CCI (Composite, Construction and Industrial Solutions) to join our sales team.
Your tasks:
- Managing sales and business development for mentioned segments
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with current business partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within monomers and the composite and construction industries as well as industrial raw materials
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations
Your profile:
- Academic background in chemistry or related fields
- Experience in chemical distribution and raw materials related to monomers and CCI
- Strong knowledge of specialty methacrylates, acrylates, resins/polymers, intermediates, base chemicals and additives in Industrial Solutions
- Ability to travel regularly within key markets
- Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian, other language is a plus
