AFS-R products
There are several types of AFS-R fluorosilicone bases available to support manufacturers who are looking to design and produce their own fluorosilicone compounds. There are also fluorosilicone oils, as well as their corresponding monomers and gums. These product groups work like a modular system that can adapted to craft individualized solutions for customer-specific needs.

The first three product lines can be categorized as either general purpose (AFS-R-M) or tear-resistant (AFS-R-T), or as having improved compression set (AFS-R-C). The AFS-R-R grade complements SZGH’s portfolio well because of its exceptional elasticity (high rebound resilience) and even lower compression set than AFS-R-C. Similar materials have been on the market for a long time now, but at very high prices. Table 2 shows part of a study comparing SZGH’s AFS-R-R-1060 and AFS-R-C 1060 to competitor products.
Long-term compression set
Long-term compression set is an important consideration in sealing technology, and Shenzhen Guanheng’s AFS-R-R 1060 holds its own against the strongest competitors in this regard as well – delivering a remarkable combination of low compression set values and both strength and elongation performance. Table 3 shows a comparison of the key metrics.

AFS-R-R 1090 is the first material from Shenzhen Guanheng available in a shore hardness range higher than 80A. This base offers excellent processing on open mills and in internal mixers. Despite the high level of hardness it features, AFS-R-R 1090 also provides long storage stability.
