Nordmann partnering with new Albemarle subsidiary Ketjen
Earlier this year, Albemarle’s Catalyst and Performance Chemicals Solutions division transitioned from being a company department to a wholly-owned subsidiary known as Ketjen. Ketjen is now entirely dedicated to the development and manufacture of curatives, organometallics and catalyst solutions.
Ketjen’s global portfolio features high-quality organometallic and amine crosslinkers that facilitate the production of various different polymers and elastomers. Ketjen’s diverse range of liquid crosslinkers can be used in polyurea, polyurethane and epoxy formulations alike. The products offer formulators outstanding dynamic and mechanical properties as well as the ability to adjust reaction times during production.
The company’s line of Ethacure® curing agents is used in everyday applications in construction and the automotive sector, including spray foam systems, floor coatings, molded parts and/or composite materials.
Nordmann distributes Ethacure® products in the DACH region as well as Central and Eastern Europe.
