Nordmann’s European team ramps up activities in coatings & inks
Bahar, what are the reasons behind Nordmann's decision to further expand the coatings & inks sales organization in Europe?
One of the most important reasons for this is to grow our business for each subsidiary and have a global team for coatings & inks. We would like to support each other technically and check whether the projects we run in one country can be applied to the other countries.
We aim to create synergy by sharing our team experiences with each other with having new suppliers and products.
We are eagerly working to make our company and the world more colorful!
Bahar Aydin, Business Manager Europe Coatings & Inks, at Nordmann
The year is drawing to a close. Looking back, what were the good and bad days in your new job?
Everything is going well beyond our expectations; we are getting great feedback from our teams and we are taking good steps to grow our business. The global economic slowdown is affecting us, but sure it is not demotivating us.
What new technologies and innovations will play a role in the coatings & inks division in 2025, especially with regard to sustainability?
Eco-friendly materials, renewable resources, low-emission production processes, and sustainability technologies focusing on the circular economy.
Bio-based raw materials open up new possibilities for coatings, where the plants used for their production are always environmentally friendly.
It is clear that sustainability is becoming increasingly important for the coatings and inks market, and environmentally friendly projects are growing in popularity. Companies that focus on sustainable solutions can gain a competitive advantage while helping to protect the environment. By integrating innovative technologies and materials, our business partners can improve their environmental performance and achieve long-term success.
